Processing Time
- All orders are custom-made and personalized, we aim to dispatch orders on the next working day. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
- If you have a specific deadline or need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic Orders (United Kingdom):
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout if you need faster delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and your chosen shipping method.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over £35.
- For expedited or express shipping, costs will be clearly outlined during checkout.
Packaging
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. As our products are delicate (e.g., cake toppers, custom decorations), we use high-quality materials to prevent any damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
- Orders below £35 are not tracked unless this option is selected at checkout. All orders placed over £35 are sent tracked for your peace of mind. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may require photos of the damaged goods to process a replacement or refund.
- If you believe your order has been lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the item is shipped.
Local Pick-Up
- If you're located in Liverpool and surrounding area, we offer a local pick-up option. Please select "Pick Up" as your shipping option during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Important Notes
- Personalized and custom items are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
