Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our handmade items, including personalized cake toppers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Personalized Items
- As our cake toppers are made to order, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
- Please ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, etc.) are accurate when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once the item has been created.
2. Non-Personalized Items
- For non-personalized cake toppers, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your cake topper is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos of the damage or fault to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at greyprints@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- For faulty or damaged items, please include photos and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing your refund or replacement.
5. Order Cancellations

- If you need to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, provided we have not already started the crafting process we will be able to cancel the refund. Due to the quick turnaround after this period, we are unable to accept cancellations, especially for personalized items.
